I am

I live at 1 Frozen place in, Minnesota, United States
My real name is Mark. For many years now my wife has called me Mr. Motorcycle. When I started my Blog I was looking for a catchy blog name, so I went with it. I'm happily married and I'm also a father of 6 children. I have two human offspring, one dog, two cats and one custom Harley. I believe that makes 6 children. When I'm not doing my real full time job, or going for a ride, I like to do art, custom paint jobs, and of course BLOG. If you would like to contact me, my e-mail address is phonetically spelled for avoiding spammers. (I actually do use the number 1 in the beginning.) 1mrmotorcycleATgmailDOTcom

The photo above is my ride :
"Kenny" started life as a stock '97, 883 Sportster. It's been a work in progress since the day I bought it many years ago. Its mostly custom with a built, "slightly juiced up" 1200 motor.
The Metal Fabrication, bodywork and custom paint was done by me.

How the Hell did I come up with a name like Kenny for my bike you ask?...... Most people who name their rides, go with chick names. I of course had to be different. I think bikes look tough, cool and masculine; not feminine. Plus, my father "Ken" has helped make me who I am today. Therefore with a little twist on the name, my bike was named "Kenny".

Harley Davidson Edition Dodge Charger

Rumor has it there is a Harley Davidson Edition Dodge Charger.
.

I believe this might be the elusive car I've heard talk about.

I spotted it and took a picture.

That looks like someone's home-made H-D Edition to me, with the absense of any factory badging. Not a bad job though, if that's what you're into. I guess my old supervisor at work turned me off to H-D Edition vehicles.

This guy was the biggest poser you'd ever meet. He had an old 883 that he'd ride to work maybe 2 or 3 times in a season. He'd always say it was "supposed to rain," or it's "too hot" when asked why he didn't ride his bike in. Yet, he drove this really gaudy looking H-D F-150. He also wore a lot of H-D hats and sweatshirts and so on.

I don't know, maybe I'm too judgemental. I just don't have time for people that seem to think others are impressed by seeing the Bar and Shield on everything they own - especially when they don't even ride.

That's a nice car, for being a car and all. I don't get excited about cars but if I ever come into some serious cash I wouldn't mind having that new Camaro. However I think I would drive it about as much as some Harley owners ride their bikes. (see joker's comment) My car only gets a couple of hundred miles put on it a month as it is...maybe I wouldn't buy the Camaro after all come to think of it.

Joker, there is one redeeming aspect. At least that dude is helping to keep the dealerships around so the rest of us can still get parts and bikes! Whoo hoooo!

I love the chargers. Especially in the Dodge Blue. I hear they suck gas as bad as a truck though. Oh well, when I become an ol' blue hair, that's probably when I'll be interested in a new car again. Right now, as long as I'm healthy and strong enough to ride my motorcycle, a new car just doesn't interest me.

Joker,

My job requires lots of driving a car. Can't pack all of my gear on a bike. Not even a full dresser, so I have to spend my fair share of time in a car. Guess I like cars that look cool. Your old supervisor was a DORK.

Dave, I love the new Camaro.

Lady R,
I'm with ya. I'd rather ride my life away, than drive it.

Yeah, I shouldn't take my bad memories of that asshole (dork is too kind) out on the Charger. They are nice cars and I certainly wouldn't mind having one. They use some for State Police cruisers here and they look BAD ASS let me tell you.

A guy in my Chapter has the Daytona in copper and black. A little too much bling for my conservative taste, but it's a nice ride.

I had my days though. Back in the mid-80's, I had a '78 black Trans-Am with the big gold screamin-chicken decal on the hood. Of all the cars I've ever owned, that was my favorite. What a magnet for women it was!

If I won the lottery, I'd buy an Aston-Martin DBS. Now that's cool.

Joker, You'd make a great Smokey and the Bandit in your Trans-Am!
