New Speed Control Method?
Speed controls being used in Eastern Canada.
This is actually a speed control devise in use! It is cheaper than cameras, especially when moved around each day.
Look at the poor dude on a motorcycle.
To me, these look like an accident waiting to happen!
I can just imagine how many rear end collisions they have the potential to cause.

Wow...someone has way too much time on their hands! Pretty funny to see in a pic...but I'd be looking to beat someone's ass if they did that for real and I was on my bike. The sudden swerving/braking that would cause would be dangerous for everyone and a death trap for bikers.
Makes me think of that movie where Macaulay Culkin was an evil kid who threw a mannequin off an overpass on to a busy highway causing a multi-car pile up.
That's crazy. It looks like some of our local roads, but our aren't stickers.
It looks funny but so dangerous...
Greetings.
I sure hope the idiot that gave approval is held accountable if someone gets hurt. It might look good on paper, but in use it looks extremely dangerous. Bad idea.
Oh no... look out... NOT!
I agree with the other comments... kind of funny, but definitely looks like a dangerous solution.
(wouldn't mind having one of these in front of MY house though. lol)
Yeah,
I'd be freaking out on the city hall's front stoop.
Wow! That's crazy and a lawsuit about to happen! What a bunch of bafoons!
It is good in picture but create trouble. Once rider know about it, they ignore it.
