I live at 1 Frozen place in, Minnesota, United States
My real name is Mark. For many years now my wife has called me Mr. Motorcycle. When I started my Blog I was looking for a catchy blog name, so I went with it. I'm happily married and I'm also a father of 6 children. I have two human offspring, one dog, two cats and one custom Harley. I believe that makes 6 children. When I'm not doing my real full time job, or going for a ride, I like to do art, custom paint jobs, and of course BLOG. If you would like to contact me, my e-mail address is phonetically spelled for avoiding spammers. (I actually do use the number 1 in the beginning.) 1mrmotorcycleATgmailDOTcom

The photo above is my ride :
"Kenny" started life as a stock '97, 883 Sportster. It's been a work in progress since the day I bought it many years ago. Its mostly custom with a built, "slightly juiced up" 1200 motor.
The Metal Fabrication, bodywork and custom paint was done by me.

How the Hell did I come up with a name like Kenny for my bike you ask?...... Most people who name their rides, go with chick names. I of course had to be different. I think bikes look tough, cool and masculine; not feminine. Plus, my father "Ken" has helped make me who I am today. Therefore with a little twist on the name, my bike was named "Kenny".

Charlie and the Chocolate factory

I absolutely loved the movie Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I liked the original. I never saw the remake, because I figured why ruin a good thing.

Willy Wonka Kicks ass.
Oompa Loompas REALLY kick some ass. I'd love to dress up as one and go down the road on my Harley at a random time of year no where around Halloween just to see peoples reactions.

Who doesn't love an Oompa Loompa, except my wife, who finds them utterly creepy. (She hated the flying monkeys in the Wizard of Oz too.)

.
Anyway,
You are probably wondering Why I posted about this weird subject on a "motorcycle blog".....

I believe if Willy Wonka himself had a custom choppper, It would look something like this.
He is the first one I though of when I saw it!
.
OOMPA LOOMPA DOOMPITY DO, I'VE GOT A WICKED CHOPPER FOR YOU!

Oompa Loompa's do in fact kick ass!

The bike does to!! The new willy wonka movie is actually not too bad...hey I have young kids, ok.

That has to be Willy Wonka's chopper!

And I'm with your wife on the Oompa Loompa's being creepy. And the flying monkeys, too. :)

BTW...the new movie sucked, IMO.

The bike rocks. But something just is not right about them little fellas. Are they leftover Brokeback Mountian Oompa Loompa's? All males, no females. Makes me wonder what Willy was wonking!

You gotta admire the engineering of it.
Kinda like if Michelangelo had a chopper shop.
Oompa loompas?
You got cabin fever already?
Minnesota cold froze yer circuts?
Fly to Az for a cure.
{ask Wonka if you can use his elavator]:]

That almost looks like Johnny Depp on the chopper! It may be cool, but looks hard to ride.

I thought the new movie was a little on the "dark side". Might be why we liked it better. LOL!

BTW... got chocolate?

To those of you who don't understand the Oompa Loompa thing, I guess it's 'Cause as a kid I thought they were like Willy Wonka's Evil little drones. They seemed kind of creepy to me and I believe that's why I have held onto a fascination of them over the years. Willy D. said, "Something just is not right about them little fellas." I think that is just one more reason I think they are kind of cool. I'm not sure what it is, but they seem a bit evil. I guess you could link it all to the same fascination as skulls, monsters, and all the other macabre things I like.

Since Lady R. said the new movie was kind of dark, I think I must go see it now.

That bike definitely screams, "Willy Wonka".

As far as the Oompa Loompa thing, I'm kind of at a loss for words. You alright?

I loved the original movie, the remake was ok, but Johnny Depp in it reminded me of Michael Jackson...talk about creepy!

B.B.,
See, you said that word. Creepy. All the more reason to watch now.

I'm not a fan of Michael Jackson though either.

Don't get me going on Michael Jackson Jokes.

the remake is kinda creepy, stick with the original. That bike is way out there, but to each his own. Wouldn't mind riding it.
