I live at 1 Frozen place in, Minnesota, United States
My real name is Mark. For many years now my wife has called me Mr. Motorcycle. When I started my Blog I was looking for a catchy blog name, so I went with it. I'm happily married and I'm also a father of 6 children. I have two human offspring, one dog, two cats and one custom Harley. I believe that makes 6 children. When I'm not doing my real full time job, or going for a ride, I like to do art, custom paint jobs, and of course BLOG. If you would like to contact me, my e-mail address is phonetically spelled for avoiding spammers. (I actually do use the number 1 in the beginning.) 1mrmotorcycleATgmailDOTcom

"Kenny" started life as a stock '97, 883 Sportster. It's been a work in progress since the day I bought it many years ago. Its mostly custom with a built, "slightly juiced up" 1200 motor.
The Metal Fabrication, bodywork and custom paint was done by me.

How the Hell did I come up with a name like Kenny for my bike you ask?...... Most people who name their rides, go with chick names. I of course had to be different. I think bikes look tough, cool and masculine; not feminine. Plus, my father "Ken" has helped make me who I am today. Therefore with a little twist on the name, my bike was named "Kenny".

Grab it Pack product review

On Friday, May 9th, 2008, I posted about the Grab-it Pack™. Here is a link to the original post. http://01mrmotorcycle.blogspot.com/search?q=GRABITPACK
I said "I'm seriously thinking about getting one."

Well I did get one.

So, Here is my product review on the Grab-it Pack™:

I've been using it for a while now, and I absolutely love it.

I use it just about everytime I ride. 99% of the time, It's strapped to me.

It's so comfortable. When I go out for a ride on my motorcycle with it on, I don't hardly even know it's there. Without using any saddle bags, jacket pockets, pants pockets, or other pockets but the Grab-it Pack™ , I'm able to carry Night riding glasses, my wallet, digital camera, cell phone, pocket knife, and room to spare.
It's lightweight, easy to adjust to fit, easy to put on and take off, durable and water resistant with lots of easy access pockets.
I do have basicly one issue with the Grab-it Pack™.

The pocket flaps are a little flimsy, and could maybe use some more velcro.

So I contacted the company. http://www.grabitpack.com/contact.htm .

I addressed this with them, and was informed that coming soon they will be selling a newer, more durable version that addresses exactly this issue. I look forward to seeing the new one because I'm 99.9% satisfied with the one I own now.

Just the other day a friend and myself went out riding. He wanted to try it. I wouldn't even borrow it to him just try on, because I feard he wouldn't give it back. I'll buy the new version when it comes out, and give him my old one. LOL!

Anyway, if your are into riding motorcycles, bicycles, hiking, fishing, etc., you can't go wrong with a Grab-it Pack™!

OK, that's a very cool product! I'm gonna have to get one when I start to ride, because my baby won't have saddlebags on her. :)

I was checking this out and was thinking that a ex SWAT guy must have designed it. I also thought it might make a great ride CCW bag.(Carry Concealed Weapons Permit)

I was looking into it some more, and found this pict that validated my thoughts. My Sig would fit in that.

Do get one. You won't regret it. I promise.

The inventor, Luis Kiss is in thr film industry! Go figure. Not SWAT.

The Sig, maybe, if a very small one. If you want dimentions before you buy one, let me know.

That part where the chick is wearing basicly no clothes was supposed to be a secret little suprise for anyone who actually clicked on the link!

I wish I'd have had one of those last year before I got my saddlebags. It would've been handy. Don't need one now of course, but it seems a great option for those riders with no saddlebags.
